At The Shower Head Store, we pride ourselves on providing fast shipping.

Orders under $50 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $5 and receive our fast 3-day shipping service!

All orders over $50 receive our fast, free 3-day shipping service!

Please note that if an order is placed after 2 PM PST or on a weekend, the shipping processing time will be the next business day. Orders outside the contiguous United States will experience longer shipping times.

Handling Time

Handling time refers to the time it takes our team to select, pack, and ship your items. Some products are stocked by our suppliers and may require additional processing time. Transparency is a core value of ours, so we will notify you if your order requires additional processing time.

Typical processing time is 1 day and does not include shipping time.

For orders placed after 2 PM PST, processing time will be effective the next day.

Order Status and Tracking

Shipping to California

Showerheads shipped to California must meet strict flow requirements and be registered with the California Energy Commission.

Showerheads with a flow rate exceeding 1.8 GPM cannot be shipped to California. Below is a list of products eligible for shipping to California.

We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. Pre-sale Orders

Pre-sale orders are for new products that are temporarily out of stock or not yet available. By placing an order, you agree to wait for the product to arrive before delivery.
