Understandably, not all products will meet your needs. Whether the finish doesn't match or the showerhead isn't right for you, we've got your back.
That's why we offer a flexible return policy to make things as convenient as possible for you.
What qualifies as a return?
All returned products must meet the following criteria:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt. We accept returns for any reason, but the returned product must be in its original condition, complete with all components, instructions, and original packaging.
All Components, Instructions, and Packaging: The item must contain all original parts, user guides, and packaging materials.
How to Return an Item
Submit a return request through our self-service return portal.
Do not ship without first submitting a return request through the portal. Refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns.
Repack in the shipping box, ensuring the product and all its components are in the original manufacturer's packaging. Return the package to Idealgardencloud's Returns Department via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You are responsible for the condition of the item you receive. Please use a well-packed box to prevent damage during shipping.
Refunds will be issued after the return is received and inspected. You have 30 days from the date of your return request to return the item to us for a refund.
Important: After your return request is approved, you have 30 days to ship the item back to us. If the item is not received within 30 days, the return will be marked as "Not Received" in our system and the return process will be closed.
Fees and Credits
Return Shipping and Handling
A flat fee of $10 applies to returns for personal preference reasons, such as:
You changed your mind
You no longer want the item
You chose a different product or supplier
This fee covers shipping and handling costs and will be deducted from your refund.
This fee does not apply if you are returning a product due to damage, defect, or missing parts.
Missing Parts or Original Packaging - Returning items with missing parts or original packaging may result in a partial refund.
Refunds - Refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue the refund within 3-5 days.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or missing parts, please email Support@idealgardencloud.club and provide your order number and a description of the issue.
For damaged items, please be sure to include photos so we can process your claim. Once this is done, we will authorize the return and send a return shipping label.
Exchanges will not be processed for unaccepted returns. The sooner you notify us, the better.
Pre-sale Orders
Pre-sale orders are for new products that are temporarily out of stock or not yet available. By placing an order, you agree to wait for the product to arrive before shipping.
Pre-sale shipping times are estimates only and are subject to change. We make every effort to ensure that all shipping dates on our website are accurate. If you have any questions about delivery dates, please contact our customer service team.
All pre-orders must be paid in full to guarantee stock. Some products are our bestsellers and will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pre-orders are returnable, and all items on our website are subject to a 90-day return policy from the date of shipment. If you would like to request a return before your order is complete, please contact our customer support team at support@idealgardencloud.club.
